Anti-Gravity Yoga


Couple weeks ago my coworker and I went to the Anti-Gravity Yoga class where we had a chance to workout while floating and riding a swing on a hammock!  It was loads of fun and a great way to “de-stress.”  It’s not one of those cardio-pumping classes but it gives you a chance to stretch every muscle in your body.  I think anyone in NYC should definitely try it as it’s also only $10 for the first class! 🙂

Has anyone tried it?  If so, what did you think of it?
